By commissioning me, you agree to the ToS bellow. I am not responsible if you do not read my terms and conditions and may refuse a refund if any of my ToS is violated. If you have questions, please ask.
- Commissions not started are always available for full refunds. Once a commission is started, I will only refund money for work not completed.
- Progress updates will be given for approval during the sketch and coloring phases, more can be given if requested.
- During the sketch phase, you're free to ask for tweaks. However after 1 free MAJOR adjustment, all major adjustments will cost extra for the time it takes to redraw the what's needed.
- If you buy a sketch from me, you are 100% free to line and color it with credit to me! I'd love to see it!
- I take payment through paypal USD (and I can take commissions on DeviantArt for points, but only for smaller commissions)
- I take payment fully upfront or half up front half after sketch which ever is preferred. I do NOT take payment after the commission is done.
- Once paid, you may use the commissioned work for any non-profit reasons (Unless we've negotiated otherwise for books, merch, etc) commissioned art from me can be used for references, icons, banners, prints (for yourself only), gifts, etc, and may be reposted with credit.
- All artwork may be posted on my social media accounts unless requested otherwise.
- Prices may be raised for complex subjects/environments and for characters/subjects lacking references.
- I can have variation in my style to suit the mood/feel you'd like, HOWEVER for styles very far from my own it will cost more. I also WILL NOT accept requests to draw in a specific artist's style for you. You CAN give me images to give me an idea what you're looking for, but do not ask me to give you bootleg artwork from a different artist, commission them instead.
- I have full right to deny any commission I feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied with and will provide refunds if needed.
- I will draw almost anything that isn't commissioned with ill intent and often enjoy variety, please feel free to ask!
- I will consider doing NSFW commissions for commissioners over 18
